There are many ways for students at USD to get involved in the Contemporary Media and Journalism Department. Check out the other organizations along with Coyote News!

The Volante

USD's Weekly Newspaper

The Volante is the University of South Dakota’s student-run newspaper. The Volante covers topics relevant and interesting to USD students. Faculty, staff and community members are welcome readers, but the newspaper is written and presented for a diverse community of students from the students’ point of view. The paper should provide a variety of information, entertainment and educational opportunities for the readers.

Coyote News

Coyote News can be viewed throughout Vermillion as well as numerous other cities in southeast South Dakota.
